It started with a fundamental disconnect. Our founders, former CROs at hyper-growth SaaS companies, faced a recurring challenge: The gap between the "Committed" number in the CRM and the reality of the pipeline.
Despite sophisticated CRMs and endless training, the data remained subjective. "Happy Ears" plagued the forecast. Quarterly board meetings became exercises in explaining variances rather than celebrating wins.
They realized that inspection wasn't enough. Managers needed a prescriptive framework—a Catalyst—to validate deals objectively and guide execution in real-time.
